Yoga Teacher - Sound Therapist

Originally trained at the Conservatory, Agnès developed a deep sensitivity to movement, expression, and the body from an early age. Alongside a successful career working with some of the leading companies in the fashion industry, she continued to deepen her exploration of wellbeing, sound therapy, and Eastern approaches.

Recently certified with a 200-hour yoga teacher training accredited by Yoga Alliance, Agnès brings together artistic sensibility, holistic practices, and a refined understanding of the body. Today, she offers private yoga sessions designed to support both physical wellbeing and inner harmony.
